Welcome to our excellent adventure!
After almost seven months on the road we have finally brought our adventure to an end. And the cherry on top of what has been a superb and unforgettable trip (and honeymoon) of a lifetime was a visit to Miami, Florida, to see our old friends and total legends Andrea and Eric. So it was five days of sun, sea and mojitos for us!
We also got to see a part of the US which is quite different from where we had been before (Nashville and San Francisco) and were pleasantly surprised by Florida. It is not surprising how many visitors it receives every year. It is an ideal holiday destination. If you're not into diving, snorkelling, boating, jet-skiing, museums, clubbing, eating out, drinking out and just generally having a good time, then Florida is probably not for you. We could have stayed a month!
It was with heavy hearts (and full tummies) that we bade farewells to Florida, and our hosts, and flew back to the grey of London. Since we've been back, we've had some time to reflect on our travels. As the number one question from our friends and family has been "which place was your favourite?", we decided to do a little poll of all our favourites and least favourites.
Finally, we hope everyone who has kept up with our travels has enjoyed our little website as much as we've enjoyed updating it.
