La Paz has the most awesome backdrop.

The city bowl falls from every side of snow-capped Andes peaks, while poorer areas creep back up the mountains, clinging precariously to seemingly impossible gradients.

The city itself bustles!

It has no shortage of suited-businessmen, tourists, hundreds of school kids, ladies touting crafts and llama foetus', travellers and pale-faced Scot and South African interlopers.
