Chilling out in Koh Chang!

Our one and only visit to a Thai island was to Koh Chang, about 5 hours away from Bangkok. It has one very good beach with lots of expensive resorts on it, and one backpackers beach (which, in our naivety we totally missed) called Lonely Beach (although, I'm sure it wasn't!).

We spent our week on Koh Chang getting into the holiday/travelling mode, which meant familiarising ourselves with our backpacks, sleeping until all hours, and burning ourselves to a crisp (and then spending two days in bed recovering)...all in a day's work...
