We had to say "No, gracias" a lot in Cuzco.

Being one of the most visited tourist destinations in South America means that you are offered loads of things as a gringo visitor. It probably had something to do with that HUGE dollares sign painted on our foreheads.

Still, Cuzcans are polite when you say no.

And that means you feel a bit bad about turning them down. But honestly, how many times can you have eaten, bought Peruvian trinkets, had your shoes polished, accepted invitations to pubs/discos or had your hair cut/shoulders massaged? Not enough it would seem!
